I had an absolutely fantastic installation and wonderful experience with Harp Home Services. Their installers are incredible professionals. They understand the equipment and understand every nuance of operation. They explained things during the day as they were installing my new HVAC system. I also have to say they were incredibly respectful of my home and absolutely neat and clean at every turn. When they left my home, there was no trace that they had been here except a beautiful new HVAC system. There is also a great feeling of confidence with this company in that I know if I have any issues with my equipment in the future, they will stand behind at 100%. I’ve been with them for about 20 years now and two homes. They have always been wonderful.
We needed a new tankless boiler system for a very tight space and called around for quotes. Given we had no heat or hot water, we also needed to have it done quickly and with financing. HARP came through on both. @16 hours from quote in the evening to start of install next morning. The 3 man crew (Nate, Zeke, John) that came were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started at 7am and were done by 2pm —-completely removing all the old and putting in all new system, thermostats, pipes and wires. They left everything clean. They also answered the many questions I had about the new system. Thank you, HARP! Would highly recommend.
The HARP team went above and beyond the regular home repair service experience. Our tech had to visit our home multiple times due to the availability of specific parts to complete the job, sometimes staying late into the evening testing and calibrating the system and equipment. They were able to get our old steam boiler upgraded with new parts and back in working order without trying to sell us a new system. Our tech was completely transparent with what the issues were and how to fix them, professionally answering every nosey question I had. Great service and even better experience!
John Bruce came to check out our leaking water heater. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Fortunately, he carries several new ones in his truck and was able to install a new one right then and there. He worked quickly and efficiently, he communicated updates throughout the job, and made sure we got the best price possible!
Highly recommend!!! Great company, fast and courteous service!!! Mario came out same day to help with our water heater issue. He was patient and kind, explained so much and helped me learn the best way to handle any future issues. He made time in his schedule to also service my furnace during the same appointment! I would highly recommend The Harp Company to any one looking for these services. Absolutely top notch!
