Marty provides the best, most well-thought-out, and innovative plumbing solutions in Flagstaff! I’ve used Marty exclusively for plumbing construction, improvement, and repair at my residence at 12 E. Benton Ave. for more than 20 years. This includes installation of a W/D stack unit and high-end water heater system into a cramped utility closet in my older home. Marty was amazing. Did in one day what other local companies could not do in 2 years. Marty is kind, professional, knowledgeable, more than capable, and protective of your home as he would be his own. I would never recommend using anyone else. I cannot say enough. My water heater went out, I booked an appointment online with Mortensen Custom Plumbing. The next available opening was several days out. Marty called me the next day with an unscheduled opening. He came out, within a couple hours he replaced the water heater and even helped me out with a couple other issues. The service and quality of the product were top notc. I will definitely use Mortensen again.
