Trent did a beautiful timely job installing our water heater. Very professional and extremely neat. The office staff is also friendly, understanding, and prompt. Now if i can just remember to maintain it properly, we’ll be in good shape.
Had the pleasure of meeting Derek F. when he was at my mother’s house for just a basic air conditioner check up.
He arrived with a smile on his face and was professional as soon as we answered the door. Putting on shoe coverings without being asked, and even refused taking them off when we told him they weren’t needed.
He was transparent the entire time, keeping us updated on what he was doing. My mother is very paranoid that the AC will break in the middle of the summer one day, but Derek assured her/us that if he had any concerns, he would let us know.
He gave us our options and wasn’t a pushy salesman after his inspection. He let us know what was needed for a system vs the “accessories” and explained his findings in depth. He showed us photos annd explained everything, but in a way that a “normal” person could understand.
He asked me to leave just a quick and simple review, but this kid deserves more than that. I do not live in Arizona, so I feel good knowing my mother has a company she can trust!!!!! Hopefully she won’t need to call anytime soon, but at least we know she will be taken care of.

I run an Airbnb and the master bathtub had water dripping due to the fixtures being old, the spout was also extremely loose and pulling away from the wall.
