Jackson Plumbing was recommended by my neighbor, whom had several jobs done by them. I’m very happy I called! The last “professional ” left a gaping hole in my shower and disappeared… with my cash…never to be seen or heard from again. Naturally, I was afraid to get ripped off again. Derrick and Gage were amazing, professional and just the sweetest young men ever. They were respectful of my home, my time and kept me updated all along the way through my plumbing “fiasco”. I am so glad that I chose to take the recommendation of my neighbor. Great company to do business with AND the price wound up being LESS than I thought it would be. Outstanding
Awesome service ! Stephen was professional, courteous and was very efficient. He quickly completed work and was an excellent diagnostician. They wore shoe covers with each entrance into our home and were so kind . We have been a Jackson heating and Cooling client for 19 years and will continue to call them first for any plumbing , heating and air issues in our home .
I am more than satisfied and very impressed. Steven and Boyd came within 20 minutes after they let me know they were on their way. They saw my problem, got right to work and fixed it. I had a hot water heater leak. They fixed it within 30 minutes. Very nice, polite young men. You truly are Jackson Fast!! I will not hesitate to call you again. Thanks for a job well done!!
Contacted Jackson Plumbing concerning a situation I had. The tech Adam Nulter arrived, investigated and located my issue in what seemed like record time. Informed me what he had discovered, quoted me a price, and stated when he could have it fixed. That’s what I call prompt service. Looking forward to him blessings me with his expertise. Adam couldn’t make it so a different technician, Steven Jamison, stepped in to handle the situation. Needed my water main fixed/replaced. Steven arrived as scheduled, notified and briefed me on the task at hand and got to work. Didn’t take him long at all. Once finished, he stated that he would take a lunch break, then return to wrap up and clean up the area. A man of his word, he did just that. I asked him to give me an estimate for another project that I need done, and he provided that as well. Nice, friendly and professional service provided by both technicians (Adam and Steven) that got my water flowing again. Thanks fellas!!

Had a scheduled appointment for more work to be done. The technician (Nick), arrived earlier than scheduled (always a plus). Came in analyzed the problem, informed me of his plan of action, quoted me a price and got to work. Replaced the fill valve, the flapper, the supply line, and unclogged the toilet. All of this and out the door in less than an hour. WOW! Prompt, professional, courteous, and top notch service provided. Thanks for your service Nick.
Derrick and his team did a great job fixing our busted main water line in the front yard. Very impressed with their hard work, professionalism, knowledge and kindness. So happy to have our water back after three days. Jackson plumbing was very good with communication keeping me updated on what was going on with Decatur utilities, and timing of when they could be out. I would use them again, no problem.
