Sunflower plumbing and, Jaime, the plumber they sent to my house were polite, knowable and very communicative during my process. I used my homeowner warranty and they were able to get me an appointment a few days later. They gave me a time window of 8-noon and I received a reminder text the day before the appointment . I received a text at 9 a.m. the morning of my appointment stating that he was on his way. He was here within 20 minutes from that point. The work was professional and explained in detail to me. I definitely recommend them.
My first encounter was with Juan for diagnosis of my well water low pressure and clicking off and on constantly, while pipes in the house were banging on the walls. Juan arrived in a very timely fashion and introduced himself, and his company, with the utmost of professionalism and very clear English. He explained everything very well, and he was patient with my lack of well water knowledge. He diagnosed the problem and told me how he would report his findings to his company who would then contact my home warranty. The home warranty would make a decision as to whether they approve, as he would gather parts which may take longer at times. Then, with approval, he would return to do the repair. I would say that our initial meeting was quite productive and informative. This plumbing company has the best possible representative in Juan. He is very well versed in public relations and behaves with the best interest of all involved.
Was assigned to them on a warranty claim. Slow to respond and schedule. Did not do all the work they bid on. Still left with bad refill mechanism after asking them to inspect it all. Billed for two faucet replacements, and they only completed one.
Fantastic service! I booked an appointment over the weekend, received text confirmation, and Jaime arrived on time and quickly resolved my issue. Price was beyond fair, and the experience far exceeded my expectation. I will be using again, and will be referring. Highly recommend.
I needed to replace my electric water heater and called around.
One place wanted $89 just to come out and look at it, yikes! I just needed a simple swap so I kept calling around until I found Sunflower Plumbing. Jaime communicated clearly with me throughout the process giving me competitive, upfront pricing.
His plumber Juan was very friendly and also gave me a few tips that helped save me a couple of bucks. They did a great job!
