I had a plumbing emergency with a toilet at my rental property after hours, and Mid-Town Plumbing came to the rescue! They were incredibly responsive, arrived promptly, and quickly resolved the issue. Their professionalism and willingness to handle an after-hours call were truly appreciated. Highly recommend!
I called them yesterday after 5 pm for a leaking water heater. They quoted a price that was a lot better than I had expected. I have two sons who are plumbers in Tennessee and they couldn’t believe the price I was quoted.They were able to come out this morning at 8 am and had my new water heater installed in 2 hours. Grayson did an excellent job. He was polite and thorough. I would highly recommend Mid-Town plumbing.
100% recommend Mid-Town Plumbing. They had someone out the same day and issue fixed. Had names and numbers on hand of additional businesses to help our repair process that was outside of their expertise. Hayden was very professional, knowledgeable, and fast working!
Jay and Lucas are absolute lifesavers! During this recent ice storm, they went above and beyond to help us clear our sewer line—even climbing onto the roof to run a camera through our plumbing. On top of that, they managed to locate our house’s cleanout, which multiple other plumbers haven’t been able to find. They were professional, thorough, and were super nice to our two little ones. If you need reliable plumbers who actually get the job done, Midtown is the way to go!
UPDATE: for the third time, our sewer line is backed up. Just be aware that if they fail to actually clean out your drain, you will be charged a service call fee and/or emergency fee every time they have come back out and try to actually fix the problem.
I called at 6pm for a toilet shut off valve that wouldn’t close all the way. They were out the next morning at 8am and took less than 30 minutes to get it all fixed. Courteous service from Sean. Highly recommended!
