Looking at all of these posts I thought I had finally found someone that may be dependable. An appointment was made and the company was a no call no show when I had taken a day off of work. I understand you are short handed so quit making appointments if you are not gonna call or show up.
So very proud of this plumbing company, Adams and Cooper. Braydon and Wade came in, replaced water heater, cleaned everything up, checked to make sure everything was working. Was in here and gone in a short time. So proud of this company. Will be using them when we have a plumbing problem.
Wish i would have found this Company a long time ago. Everyone i spoke with was so nice. Very Professional and Great Service! They left everything very clean. I would recommend to everyone. Great value as well. I look forward to getting other things fixed now…… very thankful!
They came out the same day I called before a long holiday weekend. The gentleman immediately recognized what the problem was and fixed it. He was professional and patient with my children who kept trying to be in the middle of the action. I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention it here. I’m truly so grateful.
I want to express how grateful I am for this company! I have been without hot water for almost a week! This place was literally the 5th place I had reached out to! I myself tried several times to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater with no success! After being put off by 4 different places I called Adams & Cooper and they had someone out the same day! I will never call anyone else again! Thank you to the two technicians that were sent out!
