I called Armstrong Plumbing about my garbage disposal that completely stopped working. They were able to squeeze me in the same exact day, and actually were able to move my afternoon appointment to the morning, and were at my house within 1 hour of my initial phone call to them. They were extremely friendly and professional, and were able to diagnose and resolve the issue in 15 minutes. Because the fix was such a simple one, they applied a discount to my total cost, which I think is an amazing way to honor your customers. I highly recommend Peter and Anthony with Armstrong Plumbing! Our experience with Armstrong has always been positive. We have been using their service for many years. Always courteous and prompt, and good communication from the office. My guess is no plumbers are inexpensive, but prepare to have sticker shot for their work. Follow up visits cost too, even if only to finish up the original job. However, very good work every time.
Armstrong Plumbing’s dispatch and technician did an amazing job! I scheduled a same day service for my granddaughter who lives 6+ hours from us. The technician arrived well within the time frame, fixed the issue quickly, charged a reasonable amount, emailed me a great video showing his amazing job, and was sent a very convenient link where I easily paid by credit card. Now that’s GREAT service! We have found our go-to plumbers in Sacramento!!
