This has been our second time having work performed by Eze Om with 5-Star Plumbing. 5-Star has always been able to schedule us very quickly, usually the following morning. Eze hunted down every piece of pipe damaged by an uninvited rodent in our attic. Work was performed carefully, meticulously, and overall the price was very fair and completely worth it. We will always consult with 5-Star Plumbing first for any of our future plumbing needs.
We had a broken sewer pipe, due to a tree root. The crack was under our foundation, but 5 Star was able to find and fix the repair within a day. Eze and David both did excellent work and were very friendly, the made a clean/neat entry into the concrete so it would be easy to repair as well, they dug out the root and then some to make sure it would not be near the pipe in the future and on top of that, they took care of moving all the patio furniture and plants out of the way and brought them back. Pricing is either the same or better than anyone else but the quality of work is what is most important.
I had a great experience with 5-Star Plumbing Inc. They were professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the work needed. They carefully inspected the crawl space, identified a leak under the kitchen sink and toilet, and repaired the bathtub faucet—all for a very reasonable price of just $200. I really appreciated that they clearly explained what needed immediate attention and what could be left as is, without pushing unnecessary repairs. Their work was efficient, thorough, and done with great attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy plumber!
Called 5 star plumbing last night and they were able to setup an appointment for a technician to come this morning.
Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was on time, polite, fixed our leakage, ran the hydrojet through our pipes, did a camera test and installed our toilet seat. I’m very pleased with his work. He also did a good job cleaning after himself. Thank you
I called at 8pm when our toilet started bubbling and shower backing up and they were out by 9:30 (the only place of 4 places I called that could come right then). The woman who took my call was very nice and transparent about pricing. Khalil the plumber that came out to assist was so kind and determined to unleash our clog that was 50 feet out in the main line. Overall wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them.
