Had a sink valve fail with water leaking continuously. Contact Coast Plumbing and had a quick response from Nate Campbell and he turned off the local in-line valve to stop the sink valve. I bought a new wide valve of my choice. Nate removed the old and replaced with the new sink valve set done within a few hours. With my curiosity of the replacement, Nate answered all my questions while doing a top job. I’ve had service-people before but Nate and Coast Plumbing tops them all.
We’ve used Coast Plumbing numerous times and have only had good experiences. Nate has helped is several times and he is awesome. Nate and the Coast Plumbing team are responsive, timely, honest and customer-focused. It is really so great when you know you have a reliable plumber you can trust.
My experience with Coast Plumbing was great. I had called three other plumbers to come out and fix a clogged kitchen sink. Two never responded and one could not come out until next Monday! Coast Plumbing was a referral from a neighbor. They answered the phone immediately, gathered my information and had a plumber out within 40 minutes. Nate was friendly, knowledgeable, and had us up and running in no time! Thanks so much Nate!
Coast Plumbing sent out Mike K. to replace a water heater for us, and we were so thrilled by his service and depth of knowledge that we felt compelled to write him a stellar review. We would give him 10 stars if possible. He was punctual, well-mannered, and well-groomed…but more importantly, he was extremely thorough, and his workmanship was meticulous. While Coast Plumbing is not the cheapest outfit in town, it is clear that Mike K is worth every penny. I asked him a ton of questions, and he was happy to help without any sales pitch. I’ve worked with many plumbers over the years, and Mike K. is truly a gem.
