This company is really impressive, and I’m very glad I called them. I sought an estimate and second opinion about my sewer line. My situation is something of a puzzle. The owner of the company, Marvin, came out and carefully went over everything, ran their camera, traced it, and verified the best place for a clean-out. He also shared his time and expertise to answer my questions and advised me on a related plumbing matter. I have to turn in several estimates due to the work being part of a claim process, but I’m really hoping to go with this company for the actual work.
I am thoroughly impressed with my experience with everyone at Western Peak Plumbing. I have an older home, with some “quirks” and these guys have always been able to help come up with great solutions that are mindful of the integrity of the home but also are market fair. From the office team to the onsite team, everyone was extremely kind, knowledgable, and clean! The job itself, the guys here wanted to make sure everything looked good and was done well. The quote team was quick to get back to me too on how much the job would cost and scheduling was quick, which has not been my experience with other companies in the area. No need to hunt down this team! Hands down favorite group to work with!
Had a pinhole leak in a copper pipe that leaked onto and through drywall in the basement ceiling. Nick F, quickly identified the offending pipe and replaced it quickly. He also answered all plumbing questions I peppered him with in a way I understood. I highly recommend this plumbing service.
Western Peak Plumbing is outstanding! They not only fixed the problem but saved me a lot of money in the process. We had a leak in our basement that was a rolling disaster and a diagnostic challenge. A different plumbing company came out and determined that it was not a plumbing problem but was a structural issue. Then a foundation company determined that it was a drainage issue (of course) and proposed a very expensive sump pump fix that was going to destroy a good bit of our basement to implement. Luckily, a pipe locator service established that it was in fact a plumbing issue causing the leak. Knowing that we were without water, Western Peak Plumbing pulled workers off of other jobs to get to us as soon as possible. The plumbers were on time, prepared, thorough, knew what they were doing, mitigated the dust from a dirty job, did the repair and cleaned up afterwards. The problem stemmed from a previous shoddy plumbing job. It has been very difficult the last few years to find a competent plumber so I am so happy to have finally found someone I can trust.
