They arrived promptly and continued their work in a professional manner. They stayed within the scheduled time frame. They were all friendly and they completed their work within the scheduled time frame. I have to say Michael did a super great job explaining the whole process from start to completion. The whole team was always friendly and willing to answer my questions. The completed installation more than met my expectations in terms of quality and functionality when they left my home they left the whole work area CLEAN. I would and have already given Tipping Hat recommendations of your service and professionalism. I want to compliment Michael for his business savvy, knowledge, and super friendliness. He made the whole experience easy to commit to the company he represents. His team was always as personal and profesional as he is. GREAT JOB TIPPING HAT!!

my apologies! I accidentally hit the post before I had included a narrative. Our current HVAC system was failing and had been over a period of a year secondary to us, having completed a renovation and remodel in our house which increased our square footage by approximately 2000 ft.². This over stressed the current HVAC system, and we were in need of a new system. I interviewed a number of HVAC companies and chose Tipping Hat because the gentleman, Chappy, who first came to visit with us demonstrated professionalism, knowledge of his product, listened carefully to understand our needs and goals, and helped us better. Understand what we might be looking for and what that would entail. From that point, we had multiple communication communications with the office at Tipping Hat but predominantly worked with Elizabeth. all of the details to move from initial assessment of our needs to the consummation of our contract for installation were flawless, and made quite easy for us to accomplish. The installation was done in a very effective and professional manner, and they took painstaking effort to ensure that they cleaned up every bit of the materials and or debris from the old system that needed to be removed and did so efficiently. So my hats are off to Chappy, Elizabeth, Melissa, Cole, Austin, Steven C, and Steven are for the excellent work. They did in providing us a very efficient and effective system for our new HVAC. Highly recommend based on the level of service and support we have received from Tipping Hat. I have built and sold four different customer service based businesses and recognize excellent customer service when I have the opportunity to be exposed to it! Tipping Hat is top-notch! Rocky.

We had a large leak upon our return home on a Sunday night. Seth was out early Monday morning to assess the situation – a crack in the kitchen drain about a foot long and additional leak in another part of the pipe. He was able to give a repair estimate immediately (very reasonable $) and get a restoration company out the very next day. While we had workers in our home every day this week (including Saturday) the end result was wonderful.
This is the second time that we have used Tipping Hat and, if the need again arises, we will gladly use them again!
