I used Jordan plumbing for a kitchen drain redirect. Initial service was great and the job was done with professionalism. Unfortunately, there was a follow up leak on the work that was done and I have tried multiple times through email and their answering service (the only means of communication) to have someone come out and fix the issue. I’d love to leave a 5 star review if only someone would call me back.
I am a long-time customer of Jordan plumbing. They have done small repairs for me on sinks, toilets, drains, and they have done new heater and plumbing installs for me. They are knowledgable, honest, and do high quality work. Always on time. Can’t ask for anything else.
