Can’t say enough about how happy we are with this company. Had an emergency toilet issue. DiMartino was extremely professional and came out within hours to fix the problem. Will be using them again, if needed in the future.

Unfortunately this is a mixed review, I have relied on DiMartino in the past to come in and repair 2 renovation projects that went badly, so please note that this company is under new owners and reliability has changed. I had come to expect prompt arrival, thoroughly tested work, and very clear (fair) pricing– my last experience proved all of this is not consistent.

Appointments were missed and tardy. I had to call at the end of appointment windows to see where they were (twice). One time they had to cancel stating “something came up”. Pricing was discussed prior, low end scopes were charged at the highest scope by the end of the job. I take full responsibility for not seeing exact scope in black and white, so please get a concrete quote before. Moreover, I was charged $180 to replace a faucet with previous owners, $300 is the new price to change out for only aesthetics (no additional plumbing).

To top this off, the new faucet was not stressed tested, it slowly leaked all over the floor of my cabinet causing damage to my wooden cabinet. In this instance, the office was quick to react and brought me to Thanos. Thanos is the only reason I would even think to work with them again. He is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. Thanos quickly diagnosed the issue (a defective faucet) and with his time a care we were able to resolve the issue. It must be noted, after I had already described the issue to the office multiple times, they instructed Thanos to charge me for the repair. Again, to his credit he took charge and advocated to the office himself to save me from the additional agitation as they ultimately did do the right thing. Thank you Thanos. DiMartino was once a company that stood by their work, priced fairly, and was always prompt— today this is not the case.
