I could not be happier with the cleaning of our area rugs. I had 7 area rugs picked up to be cleaned and repaired. I did not expect the white rugs to come back looking brand new, but they did. The pick and delivery serves went smoothly. The staff were friendly and professional. They even helped move the furniture back. The price was less than I expected. We got rid of the old waffle style mats. The rugs now stay in place thanks to their suggestion. We definitely will definitely be using Arizona rug company again.
We were looking for 1 area rug , ended up buying 3 . The owner was very nice and helpful . We found 1 that we really liked and was able to buy 3 matching for not much more then we thought we would pay for 1 . If you want rugs that are nice and for a fair price , here is the place.
I used Arizona Rug Company to clean one of my Persian rugs. They did a great job with the cleaning and were able to repair a section of the rug as well. I had requested they use unscented cleaning products and they were able to accommodate with a product that had very minimal scent, which worked for me.
We had not noticed that mold had started to grow on a small section of our rug due to a moisture issue. Luckily we caught it early and after the cleaning the smell was gone and any signs of mold as well. Overall I was very happy with their service and turnaround time.
Can’t recommend them enough!
I had a flood that damaged and discolored several high value Persian rugs. The fringes turned red, blue colors in the rugs ran (see closeup pic).
Dennis and Ed were super helpful throughout the process and the carpets turned out great! (see 2nd pic) The fringes are the whitest they have been in a decade and the color run was completely restored!
Visited the shop on 3/27/23 to pick out a rug for our bedroom. We knew nothing about rugs and we had a tight deadline (new bedroom set being delivered). We were helped by Dennis, who took his time and walked us through the store. He was happy to help us understand our options and I appreciate his patience as he asked questions about what we liked as we toured the store. We ended up keeping Dennis late but he never rushed us once. At the end of the day we were really happy with our purchase and the service provided at Arizona Rug Company. Also want to mention that after we purchased we came home and were slightly fuzzy on all the details of the rug we purchased, so I called the shop the next day and chatted with Ed, the owner who provided me with all of the details on the rug. I’m a happy customer and would recommend Arizona Rug Company to others.
