I’m so glad I found this place on Google search. It was a pleasant experience. They cleaned my New Zealand wool rug to my total satisfaction. It looks great. The communication process was excellent, from the moment I got the quote to the delivery of the rug. The delivery was in a timely manner and done with professionalism. I highly recommend Tinney Rug Cleaners.
I had an awful experience with Tinney Rug Cleaners. They were incredibly dishonest about their capabilities and didn’t deliver on the scheduled day. When I called to inquire, the staff was rude and dismissive. The cleaning service was subpar, with stains still visible after they left.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Their dishonesty, lack of punctuality, and rude customer service make them a company to avoid. Save your money and your sanity by choosing a more reputable cleaning service. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did!

Service is excellent, we’ve used for years. Now the process is so easy: phone estimate – pickup – consultation – clean – delivery. Promptly cleaned and returned in 2wks as promised. Best of all, the rugs looks fantastic. Thank you.
Their work is excellent and they have long-time credibility & ethical reputation in the area. That doesn’t mean that sometimes even the best can make mistakes and leave jobs incomplete. That is what happened to me with delivery problems and repair inadequacies. Having said that, the issues were handled not only professionally but kindly and with compassion and were ultimately resolved. I would not take my carpets anywhere else. They are the best and even the best can have a bad job/day every once in awhile.
The ladies that I spoke to on the phone and at the front desk were very courteous and helpful.
