Great company to work with. Honest, reliable, and communicative. I had about 3 other companies give me estimates and Francisco gave the best price. He got the city permits and all, I didn’t worry about anything. My roof was a mess, and they did a great job.

Many thanks to Francisco’s Roofing for doing such a great job on our tile and flat roof. We have called numerous roofers previous to Francisco’s Roofing and I wish I would have found Francisco’s Roofers sooner! Local, small business, veteran owned and skilled!! A lot of roofers shy away from tile jobs or do bad quality work but not them. The entire process was easy and communicative. Quality licensed work with permit approvals. They don’t bring an unsightly trash bin and leave it they remove all the trash same day. All the workers are very professional, on time and take pride in their work! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. No job is too big or too small for them. They are all very down to earth and really great at what they do! I’ve called other local businesses and I have not found anyone that has given the solutions that Francisco’s roofing has. Definitely recommend you call them first! A+++++ for sure!

I’m posting here after a very long wait and ample time/opportunity for this company to do the right thing. In march of this year, this company did a roofing job on our complex and, shockingly for a roofing company, neglected to account for the possibility of rain. As you can see in the video in my review, it eventually did rain and the roof was not covered in time to prevent the water that seeped through the roof and drained into multiple rooms of our home. What’s worse is that the water wasn’t just rain water, but water that went through crevices that birds lived in. That means that bird feces mixed with rain water drenched our clothes, beds, workout equipment and was everywhere on our floor. It smelled AWFUL. At the recommendation of my neighbor I decided not to take legal action because they mentioned the company was small and would hurt a family business so I agreed because they were, at first, apologetic and promised they would right the wrong. While they did dry clean our clothing, replaced some of my equipment, and offered us some minimal compensation, they left the ceiling in multiple rooms unpainted after plastering them. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them, but they’ve ignored my messages after failing to come by and fix this. I have been cordial the entire time and I’m honestly surprised they have as high of a rating on this service when this has been our experience with them. I highly recommend you look somewhere else if you want the services of a reputable roofing company that’s responsive to their customers and interested in doing the right thing.
