Really wanted to keep my dollars local. I reached out to several roofing contractors in the Long Beach area and Kevin J. of Gentle Giant by far was the most knowledgeable, professional and competitively priced for the services we needed. We bought our home in December of 2023 as a probate property. Not knowing the age, condition, and details of our roof was making it difficult for our insurer to renew us. Kevin came out and did a thorough inspection. We then agreed to a full roof maintenance and certification because our roof still has a number of years left in it. I could not be happier with the job Matt and Frankie did! They removed all the debris from the roof top, replaced any popping nails and tended to the flashings, PLUS they understand the intricacies of working in historic districts. Anything roof related should start and end with the guys at Gentle Giant Roofing! Period.

I received several quotes for roofing and Chase and his team came out, walked the roof and had the best presentation as well as price. He was very thorough with his quote and no surprise fees. Chase and Kevin and their team at Gentle Giant Roofing are extremely competent and professional. They assessed my aging Newport Beach Oceanfront roof appropriately and didn’t pitch a hard sell, but instead gave me a very fair price to replace the roof, which they ultimately did in a timely and professional manner. They went out of their way to help me locate a balcony deck leak, which was not their responsibility, but said a lot about their overall character. They went out of their way to make sure the area was kept clean and went out of their way in numerous other ways. For any and all roofing needs, I highly recommend them!
