We chose to go with another company for our work but Total Roofing was helpful during the quoting process and did a good job matching our many requests and communicating with us. As someone who has had to deal with a lot of icky contractors I thought their business manners were a breath of fresh air.

Wow, I got 3 bids from reputable roofing companies in Colorado Springs, Mariano with Total Roofing was one of the companies recommended by my Insurance Company. After speaking with all of the referrals the only one that made me feel like he was really listening to my concerns and truly cared about my home was Mariano with Total Roofing. He worked with me and my Insurance Company to make the entire job quick and easy. They did the job in one and a half days, and that was with some rain delays, the clean up was really good as well, very nice.
My roof has a tricky seem they had to deal with and it did not phase them at all. They were on time, profesional, and completed the job on schedule with no issues. Mariano and Total Roofing did everything they said they would do in a timely, profesional manner and saved me about $10,000.00 in roofing costs compared to the other bids I recieved. I am Totally happy with Total Roofing, and Mariano is Totally great to work with. I will recommend him and Total Roofing to anyone looking for an excellent roofing company. We had Mariano and his crew come to replace our entire roof. We have a semi-large roof and they got it all done in one day and did an EXCELLENT job. Mariano stayed in touch with me from start to finish, made the process easy to understand and work with. He went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank him and Total Roofing enough. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mariano and his crew. We had zero issues during the process and couldn’t be happier.
Everything looked great when completed but just a few months later the minimal starter layer (edge of roofline) started disconnecting & sliding out from under the first row of shingles. Sent a guy out & patched a few areas but it all has been slowly falling out of place. Lost a good bit of ridge vent shingles that weren’t nailed down good enough. I guess a 30 year roof isn’t what it’s meant to be these days. I will not be recommending your company nor using them again. Do your research customers.
I had a good experience working with Total Roofing. They were timely and told me when things were going to change or when they were on track. They cleaned up great and they honored my price for months when things were unknown. I only had difficulty with 1 thing- after 1 month we had an inspector tell us the attic heat was too hot and ventilation had to be addressed. Total Roofing does not validate attic heat or ventilation requirements. I learned they are not certified to do so but they were more than willing to get me an estimate and research a fix. We will still use them in the future.
