Mike Montoya and Ethos Roofing gave exceptional service. They will actually get up on your roof to ensure what they tell you is accurate even with roofs with a steep pitch. We have used them on two occasions to repair/caulk a vent and replace windblown shingles. I also asked if they could look over our roof as it was the original roof and we were looking to sell. He added caulking a few nails but said it had a good 10 years left. They are honest, care to go the extra mile to do quality work without nickel and diming you. We had a potential buyer tell us after a drone fly over, it wasn’t insurable (through our current insurance company btw)and a realator saying she had another roofing company in her pocket to tell our insurance it was damaged. I sent these reports to Mike at Ethos and asked him his thoughts. He along with our insurance adjuster got back up on our roof and confirmed Mikes original analysis. It was in great shape and lasting long due to the quality venting. He gave a roofing certification. Our insurance verified it was definitely insurable and in really good condition. This company is trustworthy and honest. I can’t more highly recommend them.
