Truly a great experience with Matt G. and Talbot Roofing. From the initial contact and follow up through the quality work and personal care in the work by Miguel and his team. They stuck to their quote despite clear challenges in the work required and stayed late to make sure things were buttoned up before the rain. Cannot say enough about Talbot–beyond just professional to personal care and attention to detail.
As the property owner, I was uninformed that work would commence today. The workers blatantly lied that they had in fact contacted me. They did not contact me. I said do not touch my assets.Touching assets without my consent including, but not limited to, a Range Rover, placed consigned assets and my property and my business at risks. I am a black woman with a number of businesses and commercial real estate properties in Florida. I would never do business with a company so corrupt and unprofessional. I have filed complaints with the State of Florida, BBB, Palm Beach County, and I will of course seek legal damages in Court. BEWARE!!! Any retaliation against me as a black business owner will warrant further and increased escalating legal and/or criminal claims!
