Charlie’s presentation answered every question I wanted to speak about but didn’t have to. The other quotes were close to outrageously expensive. The crews were very courteous and professional. My anxieties about spending a lot of money on a new roof were relieved when I watched the crews work their magic. My photos and video would not load.
The whole operation was so easy. Charlie gave us all the information we needed to made an informed decision about our roof replacement. The crew who came and removed our old roof was extremely competent and cleaned up nicely after each day! When the metal team came ( Yadial, Leonel, Jonathan and Rudi) we couldn’t have been happier. Very professional and also extremely competent! We highly recommend Over the Top Roofing.
The team that performed the roof repair where very professional, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I was very pleased with the entire project from beginning to end. I must compliment the Over the Top team ( Josue & Yadiel )
Fidel and Johnathan were excellent workers. Fidel was at the house at 8:30 a.m. He worked non-stop only taking a break for lunch and it was a hot day to be working on a roof. Johnathan was dropped off a little later and also worked only taking a break for lunch. They made sure everything was cleaned up around the house and did an excellent job. I will recommend this company to any of my neighbors looking for roof work.
We had hired a local roofing company that installed a metal roof but they inadequately vented our attic. I contacted Charlie at Over the Top Roofing Company and he was awesome. He gave us several options and installed 6 new gooseneck vents. His employees were very professional and did an excellent job at a competitive price.
