I was completely satisfied with the installation, and completion, of my metal roof, plus an added solar tube skylight. All the crew guys were polite and efficient. They did a fabulous job of cleaning up, at the end of each day. The metal roof looks great! For whatever reason, the skylight was not installed until a week after the roof was finished. That crew also did an excellent job on intallation and clean up. The skylight was completed within a few hours, on Wednesday, February 19th. The only thing I was not pleased with, was a phone call I received from the office, one hour and 10 minutes after the skylight was completed, asking when I was going to pay my invoice!! That phone call was quite a surprise, coming so quickly after the job was completed. Later, someone in the office told me that they always call on Thursdays, regarding invoices. The only problem with that was, my call came on Wednesday, not on Thursday. Other than the hasty phone call, Hise Roofing is the BEST, AWESOME JOB guys.

I’ve been burned by a couple home service providers since moving to Citrus county. Was very leery selecting a roofing company based on those experiences and the cost of re-roofing. This is the first time we needed to replace a roof and we had several companies come out to give estimates and discuss various options. Hise was very patient and happy to answer our questions to make sure we got what we wanted. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. The roof looks great. The crew cleaned up after themselves and they came back to see if we had any concerns and were happy with the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. They did a great job, worked on our schedule, did what they said they would do & no funny business. I’ve already had neighbors comment on how good it looks and ask who did it.

They continuously showed top notch service from the initial estimate phase all the way through to the completion of the job while obviously emphasizing customer satisfaction throughout. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them to anybody looking for any roofing work.
They had my new metal roof up in 3 days although some of the finishing trim work took a little longer. All my concerns were handled in a timely manor and my new roof looks great!
