My wife Allie just left a review on yelp as well but wanted to say how great this pest control company is. They just did 3 treatments on my 13 unit building for roaches and the results are amazing for a great price. Got two more 20 unit buildings I’ll have them clean up next. Highly recommend. Have used other companies that are pricey and the results aren’t great.
I’ll start out by saying that I generally don’t leave reviews. If I do happen to leave a review it’s because the service was so bad and people should be aware of something, or because the service is genuinely amazing. These guys, Tim & Matt, are genuine and honest. The work they do is thorough; You can’t get any better! Professional, knowledgeable and patience, mingled with a sense of humor and down to earth relatability that’s hard to find now days. When I had a mouse problem in my garage they were the first ones I reached out to. It can feel embarrassing dealing with any kind of pest issue, especially when it comes to the place you live. They are understanding and helpful and I can honestly say they have a gift of putting one at ease while handling the situation. I will use them again without hesitation!
Matt from AP Pest Control did an excellent job helping us get rid of the mice in our house. He is incredibly knowledgeable about pests and quickly identified where they were getting in. Thanks to his expertise and thorough approach, our home is now pest-free. We highly recommend AP Pest Control and would not hesitate to use their services again!
Wonderful customer service experience that they provide. I had a recent bed bug scare when returning from a trip where the home had an infestation. They promptly answered my call and came to provide an initial chemical treatment and assured me that I was likely okay from my recent trip. However, they confirmed they would come back out if I happen to have any new bites or evidence of bed bugs. It’s a comforting thing to know you have some professionals taking care of you well!
I would recommend AP Pest Control without reservation. Had a mouse problem in the garage and didn’t want it to spread to the house. Tim answered right away and quickly took care of the problem. You can tell by the way these guys interact with you that that they actually care about you and not just your business. They are prompt, caring, professional and honest. They get the job done at a fair rate and don’t try to take advantage of your misfortune. I won’t call any other pest control company if I have issues in the future.
