Customer service is excellent! They’re courteous, prompt and always glad to help. Christian Muniz, who installed the rodent traps, appears respectful, honest and knowledgeable. He doesn’t get annoyed when we ask him to change appointments or if we ask many questions. This is so rare these days. Thank you & sustain the culture of excellence!

We get our home sprayed for fleas monthly. The service works, and is normally fine if you are okay with them showing up late, and when you ask how long you need to be out each tech will give you a different answer ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours. However today when our appointment was scheduled at 2:30pm, they showed up at 9:30am when nobody was home. After speaking with a representative, they came back at 4:30 and I don’t know if our tech was just angry he had to come back or what, but he absolutely sprayed everything way more than he should have. It’s been well over 4 hours and my carpets are still completely soaked to the point where we are pretty sure it’s in the padding underneath the carpet. He even sprayed the inside of my dogs crate. We are still waiting for the supervisor to call us back, and explain exactly why the tech did this. It is now 9pm, we haven’t been able to go back inside, and we don’t know when this will dry. I do not recommend this petty company. They do not value your time and apparently if they make a mistake they will take it out on you.
We have nothing but great things to say about this company. We have a rental trailer property that had active termites and I believe German roaches. We had multiple companies come out to give us bids. ABC Home & Commercial service were quite reasonable. They also came out quickly and got back with the bid quickly. We purchased termite and pest control services for the year.
They send text message two days in advance when they will be by. Then the day of the appointment they send another text message let you know how long until the technician will show up. I’ve called and text and have sent emails and no matter how I choose to contact them I will receive messages or calls back that day or the next if it’s a late message. After the technician shows up, I receive a written report with photos and audio. In the beginning when I wasn’t sure which company to go with, I made several calls, text and emails to our sales man and he would return my calls or text messages promptly with the answer to my multiple questions. I have had other companies for pest service and I am way more impressed with the service we receive from ABC Home & Commercial then any of the other companies I have used over the years. Best of all we are pest free.
Miguel is awesome to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure he does the best job for us. He is honest, and hardworking. A perfectionist. The entire company is accommodating and they are great at pest control.
