DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolute worst pest control service ever. I have worked with them for 10 months and from the beginning the point of contact changed weekly sometimes in the same day. Chris told me to contact Keith who referred me to Fabian who then sent Corey for 2 months in a row for treatment. Then Corey stop coming and I called the office and this whole chain of guys who were all confused and stating that the office didn’t have my place on the schedule for a monthly service. Then Corey referred me to Climmie.
This company is not consistent with monthly services and the treatment guy changed without notice and did not show up until I called to confirm monthly appointments. Once the contract is set for monthly service, it is not my job to remind you to show up and do the work! Finally cancelled their service and they responded back quickly that they would come on 1/31…nope not today!
Will never used them again and you shouldn’t either.
We had used AIPM a couple of years ago to get rats and ants under control and they were great. We thought we could keep on top of the ants ourselves, but they were getting the better of us so we brought the pros back. We’re so happy that Climmie is still our guy. He’s great to work with and such a pleasure to talk to.
Corey serviced our property yesterday and advised me in advance of the service date and time which gave me an opportunity to notify my tenants. He was very professional and emailed me a complete report after. I give him 5 stars.
We had ants in the house every season and cockroaches around the property, plus the normal spiders and such. We haven’t had any of those in the last 2 years Advanced IPM has serviced us. We get the same tech every service, get a text in advance and when they complete and never had any issues. Highly recommend.
