Today we had a seasonal maintenance scheduled for our HVAC system. Our technician was Aidin Tackett. Aidin was pleasantly professional, personable, & answered all of my wife’s questions. My wife remembered Aidin was the technician that came out approximately 3 years ago when we were having some issues with our system & found the solution. We highly recommend Aidin Tackett!
Luquire was very responsive in responding to our issue with a recent water heater installation that was a rare occurrence of a manufacturing issue with the unit, in which they replaced it completely. All the technicians were professional, courteous and performed well. Despite the hiccups, I will use them again, and do recommend their service.
Over the past few weeks, I have had more than plumbing issue. The staff at Luquire is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly on the phone and are sympatric to the issue even in an emergency case. Blake and Payton were the two employees that came out to replace a pressure release valve. They were both very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough. Ken J. came out for an emergency water leak that ended up being one of our water heaters. Even given the hour that I had to make the call, Ken was very professional, understanding, and nice. He told me exactly what the issue was, explained everything involved with having to replace the water heater, gave me options, and had nice conversation to settle the tension of what was going on in my house. Today, 12/19/24, Payton, Ken J., and Ken S. were at my house replacing two water heaters with one tankless water heater. They were here from around 8:30 am to about 2:00pm. The entire time, they were all very professional and just as nice as previous visits. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with Luquire, their staff, and their service employees. 5 stars any day. You guys are wonderful. Thank you so much.
The technician who came out this afternoon to check my AC was Aidin. She arrived within the hour of our phone call & was super nice. She began trouble shooting the problem immediately & had my AC unit back up & running perfectly in no time! She was very thorough & professional. It was a pleasure meeting her & she is the exact reason why I always call Luquire! Thank you Aidin!!
I had a water leak late at night and called AC Luquire for help. They sent someone out immediately, and Big Ken arrived and took care of everything right away. Ken is absolutely awesome knowledgeable, professional, and truly goes above and beyond! He not only fixed the issue quickly but also referred me for water restoration to ensure everything was handled properly. Dealing with Luquire feels like working with family reliable, professional, and caring. Hands down, the best company in the River Region for AC, heating, and plumbing needs! Highly recommend!
