Nate, Drew and crew came to install our new heat pump/ AC system to replace our 15+ year old propane furnace and AC. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and the excellent professional manner in which they conducted themselves. They were very knowledgeable and thorough in making sure everything was done correctly. They cleaned up nicely and removed all debris. We called AirTemp for a 2nd opinion on our furnace. Boy are we glad we did! The tech they sent – Jesse – actually showed us more things wrong with the old system than the original tech did, plus better photos and an explanation of what everything was and/or should be. He made some great recommendations and connected us with a sales person – Jon – who was great to deal with. We decided on an excellent system while interacting with both men. The financing was easy and we ended up with a great price that was truly affordable.
4 days later, the new system is installed and working. Tim and Humberto did an excellent job and also explained everything they were doing. Having to operate in that low and creepy crawlspace gains my total respect! They had to dig and even excavate in order to get the old system out and the new one in. Now the yard is straightened up again, the trash is gone, and the house is worth more! It was our pleasure to give snacks and drinks and treats to these hard workers.
And we will be reaching out to have someone else come out this summer to maintain our tankless water heater, as well!

Marcus was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the different test that he did on my water and the options that were available To me should I decide to move forward on the water treatment. I would recommend him to anyone who is dealing with Water purity issues.
I’m sadly not sure which office we used. But we had an outstanding tech named Justin. If I could give you 1 million stars I would. The service was outstanding! From beginning to end, it was easy. We ended up getting a new system and the finance department was absolutely wonderful. So much better than the other service we use that we will not mention.😂. Thank you again and we look forward to our new system🌷
We needed a hot water heater. Marcus arrived around 1:30 & I was taking a hot shower at 4:00!
He was very professional & neat. Cleaned up everything. Would definitely use ATS again.
