Allen’s Roofing replaced my original roof in 2004, my house was built in 1984. Now 21 years later Allen’s Roofing replaced my roof shingles and underlayment as well as drip edge again just due to insurance policy. The roof they put on in 2004 withstood the test of time and probably had another 5 years left to survive, but homeowners insurance companies don’t see it that way. David flowers is the sales rep who assisted me, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains every single detail in a language that us average people can understand! He left no Rock uncovered. He’s an outstanding person with an incredible personality and knowledge of their services and products. The crew that stripped my roof and reinstalled all of the new products were very professional friendly, respectful, and thorough from start to finish including cleaning up the debris around my home! They took pride in every step of this project, and it shows in the final result! I’d give 10 Stars if I could because this process was seamless from start to finish, and I know if a issue or problem were to arise all I have to do is pick up the phone and call Alan’s Roofing because they back up their workmanship and product and they’ve been in business well over 40 years in this County! That speaks volumes for me!
They are the best rate and were such a pleasure to deal with!!!! My roof was done sooner then they told me and was done in under 2 days. They made sure my yard was cleaned up and the roof looks awesome!!!! 100% would recommend them over anyone else!!!!!

Roof looks great. Facia repairs and drip edge are horrible, fixing them myself after Alans sent someone out to fix. Super never came back out or called to see if job was corrected. Make sure you check to see what supply co. they are using. SRS shattered driveway in three spots. Alans washed there hands of the situation and SRS is very rude and said that they aren’t liable. Still waiting for call back from owner which secretary said he would. Overall I wish I used someone else.
UPDATE. I contacted alans again. They came out again.im not sure what they did but it recently rained and no leaks
The roof looks nice but not happy with the service. I have a pretty bad leak in my florida room now. Communication was lacking. I went with financing through them. 3 weeks later I called because I received a $0 balance on the financing. I called them and Todd called me and said when can we pick up the balance? I said if was a finance. He said regions will bc calling me. Apparently. They never submitted for payment. I guess they don’t really need the money. I have to get my florida room repaired now since whatever happened when the roof was out on the main structure
UPDATE. I had somebody else look at the roof and apparently when the roof was put on initially. There was a piece that was should have been put on between the main roof and florida room roof. It was only put on half of the roof. It looks like that is why my fl room is leaking. Disappointed with such a high rating on Google.
Since I am not getting any help from this company, I am filing a complaint with state.
