Estimate & Inspection: Tio came out to estimate a small fascia board repair, but offered a free roof inspection. After 22 years, it was eye-opening to see the issues through detailed photos and videos—cracked tiles, clogged valleys/gutters, rotted fascia, and more. Taking preventative action was a no-brainer and the cost was reasonable considering all the necessary repairs.

Communication: Alex, the owner, patiently answered all our questions, breaking down the issues using photos and videos, which made the repairs clear and understandable.

Scheduling: Rony, the scheduler, kept us updated on the two-month wait. Thankfully, a cancellation moved us up just before the rain.

The Team: Luis and Juan were outstanding—punctual, professional, and meticulous in their work. They explained the work daily and kept the site spotless. Their pride in their work was evident in every detail.

Transparency: The before, during, and after pictures and videos gave us complete confidence in the team, and Cathy was great with follow-ups.
