We had a wonderful experience with AARR. They gave us a very well written quote and scope of work in a couple days. The cost was reasonable. They had great communication throughout and completed the worknwithout our needing to be there. They did very thoughtful work, for instance removing two obsoleted roof vents near the skylight being replaced properly replacing the roofing substructure. This is professionalism.
Overall, they were a pleasure to work with.

We obtained 7 estimates to replace our wood shake roof. All About Roofing wasn’t the cheapest (they were right in the middle of the pack), but their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate my one-off requests made them the right fit for us. Jay was fantastic to work with in the planning process. He was communicative, listened to my concerns and addressed them individually. Customer service is top notch.
Mando was our onsite foreman and he made sure it all went according to plan. The teams arrived daily on time (730-8am PT). Each day, the site was left clean. Our roof was replaced in 3 days (31 big squares) in Aug’23.
They also helped clean up the garage before they left.
We would hire them again and would highly recommend them.
Roll forward to Oct’24 – a rodent company did some damage to our roof and Jay was all over it and got it repaired quickly. I’m thankful for his responsiveness and commitment to customer service.
