I’m beyond pleased with the outcome of our carpet and tile. We purchased a house and were left with two large outlines of where a rug had been for years on the tile. Mike was able to restore our tile back to about 95% of what it should be. The carpets were stained and he got all but maybe two stains out! Mike was an excellent communicator and took as much time he needed to do an excellent job. I will be using him again and again. I highly recommend All Star Chem Dry! I forgot to take “after” photos but this was what it looked like before.
Mike was wonderful! He came a day early when we got the keys to our new home earlier than we originally expected. The floor looks brand new and saved us the demo and installation on new flooring we thought we needed to get rid of what we thought was dark and dingy tile. He was fast, professional and thorough.

He and Orlando arrived right on time and worked efficiently to clean nearly our entire house—showers, carpets, couches, and our kitchen tile. Our home hadn’t been professionally cleaned in several years, and with two golden retrievers who track in dirt and shed constantly, we were definitely in need of some serious help. They did an amazing job, and everything looks spotless, smells fresh, and feels so clean! This is the second time I’ve hired Mike to clean/protect/seal my whole house… all carpet, rugs, tile. Again, I’m amazed by the results! He does such a thorough job, he obviously cares about the work, he goes the extra mile to help with anything he can, he is super nice, very professional and a great communicator. Strongly recommend!
Mike and his assistant did a great job cleaning our carpets. Our carpets looked very clean when they were done. They were also friendly and courteous. We would definitely use them again in the future.
