I had been debating remodeling my bathroom for over three years, but I could never find anyone who truly understood the vision I had in my head—until I found All Star Plumbing. Lance and his crew took the time to really listen to my ideas and brought them to life in a way that far exceeded my expectations.

They transformed my old, dirty, apartment-style bathroom into a gorgeous space that looks like it belongs in a luxury hotel. On top of that, they recommended upgrading my water heater and adding a water softener—and honestly, both have changed my life. The water softener alone has made my hair and skin unbelievably soft, and the water even tastes better!

The team was timely, friendly, clean, and professional from start to finish. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and so grateful I finally did this project with All Star Plumbing. I can’t recommend them enough!

I wish I could give more than five stars! Joe came out to help us with some leaky fixtures and some hot water problems. We were getting hot water to most of our house, but two tubs were not getting hot water really at all. He noted the leaks that I knew about and also pointed out that some of the angle stops were dysfunctional as well. He originally pointed out two that were faulty, but actually fixed four of them for the price of two. Incredibly generous and kind for taking care of us that way. Joe was also a really comfortable houseguest — he didn’t seem uncomfortable at all, was very professional, and had a good sense of humor as well. Something that isn’t plumbing related but paints a good picture of the kind of guy Joe is is how he reacted when I opened my front door and was embarrassed that I still hadn’t cleaned the cobwebs I noticed when we moved in two weeks ago. The cobwebs were catching the sun and were plainly visible to both of us so I said “oh gosh. Look at that cobweb I’m so sorry, that’s so gross!” Joe looked up calmly without saying anything or making a grand gesture and just swept it away with his bare hands. What a guy. Joe will take care of you and your house like you are his family. I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs a plumber. In fact, I wish my parents lived in town so I could set them up with a better plumber than they’ve ever had. Thank you, Joe!

Customer service ain’t dead neither is a decent price called all star when we closet flooded and I needed to know what happened they got out here first thing which was nice the sent tech Johnny Torres he did a awesome job found and stopped the leak fast had great customer service and great manners very happy and sweet person he loves his job for sure and it shows he explained everything to me step by step and how it happens how to fix it what needs to be done to prevent it this made the situation a lot less stressful shout to all star plumbing and the tech gonna stick with them for my plumbing needs from now on the service left a great import from the first call to last step made this event smooth thank you guys
