The Alley Cat team was professional, hard working, thorough and stayed in constant communication throughout the day long job. I would highly recommend them. They did rodent removal and rodent proofing, vapor barrier and new ducting. I was disgusted by what came out of underneath the house. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them.
The Crew of AlleyCat was awesome! Very professional and worked very quickly. The photos you see here are just some of the results. Also, some of these photos are before and after. You will also notice how they cleaned all around under the house. They treated my home with the utmost care. Also, AlleyCat rocks! I was absolutely surprised at how many openings can be under a home that you never thought was possible. So happy Freddy, his crew and AlleyCat have made my home secure from rodents. Thank you, Freddy & AlleyCat!!
There were challenges to the job at my house. The house was 115 year old and Alley Cat had to mouse proof a full basement and flat.
They sent a great team and came with a great result. One more great thing is they offer a one year guarantee. Alley Cat gets 5 STARS!!
I had a great experience with this rodent removal team. Everyone was informative, courteous, and made scheduling easy. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, with plenty of traps set up afterward to ensure the problem was fully addressed. It was also convenient that they accepted credit cards. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the quality of work and the professionalism of the team. Highly recommend.
When getting quotes from several pest control companies, Alley Cat definitely impressed me with their thoroughness by taking lots of photos and explain points of entry through out the house. I decided to take their offer and was booked fairly quickly. The day comes, and the crew was efficient and replacing our old insulation and cleaning any space of contamination.
Everything was great BUT there was an accident a worker had were they created a hole in my ceiling. They may have missed a beam or slipped, but either way they made a hole and made me aware of the issue. This wouldn’t be a big issue if it was promptly fixed. I was told that the materials necessary to fix the hole is not available, and they’ll have someone come by to fix it in the future. I didn’t hear back from Alley Cat and sent an email with the issue. They were slow to respond so I have had to call several times with each call going to voicemail. I finally got a hold of someone by email and they told me that the I would have to pay the full invoice before they would correct the issue. So they charge my card and booked a follow up appointment a MONTH in the future. So now I have a hole in my dining room ceiling that I get to stare at during every meal for the next month.
Overall the actual service went well, but expect that if anything goes wrong, it will take a long time to get ahold of someone and it will take a long time to fix.
