Two stars because they are at least nice and responsive but I paid 2500 and the problem didn’t go away. They didn’t even check rooof access and it was clear they were in the walls and heater and didn’t do anything there. I am really unhappy and wish I had gone with the other service that was only like 600. I would avoid. They say it’s guaranteed but it is not actually. They tried to blame the clutter in my home when It was clear they were in the walls and heater vents. They said I needed to clear out all the room so They could see all the walls and even if I had done that it absolutely would not have helped anything. I thought getting the more expensive service was going to be worth it, but it was not. Shop around.
Just had our first re-visit by Alley Cat. The initial service was done about three weeks ago, then they come back to check and reset.
I met our local service tech, he was on time, texted me 5 minutes before arrival, and reminded me I need to call to schedule the next check.
This is still the best experience I have ever had with a pest control company. All the tech people are pleasant, punctual, and knowledgeable. The scheduling is something to get used, it’s not automatically done for you but it is simple, just a phone call and a friendly live person answers the phone.
So far what has been done is working!
The process of getting the estimate and doing the work is very professional. They even have a warranty for their work. However, after their very expensive work, the rats and mice kept coming. Whatever they did, did not work. The did visit every time mice and rats showed up, but never recommended or did any more significant additional work. However, once the warranty was over then it was time to get another huge bill for more work even though the job from the first time was incomplete. We decided not to give them more money and to find someone else to do the job.
Melvin was great! Quick, efficient, courteous, and he recommended one more follow up in three weeks. I can see that he really cares about my home and treating it well. I recommend him and Alley Cat.
Super awesome service. The Alley Cat crew dealt with the rats in one day in 90 degree heat. They were clean, meticulous and efficient. We couldn’t be happier. Five stars!!
