I recently had Alpha Roofing replace my detached garage’s flat roof, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Sometimes when calling trades you get poor response time but Mario and Elsy were always very diligent about responding to me. The new roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing it’s backed by a solid 10-year warranty. As an added bonus, they even went above and beyond by offering to fix a couple broken tiles on my main roof at no extra charge. I highly recommend Alpha Roofing for their outstanding service and attention to detail!
Had a great experience we had a leak on a roof I had four estimates come in one day Mario who is the owner was by far the best he took the time look at the roof, show pictures and explain to me how it was going to get it fixed and gave me the estimate on site, The other estimators was not able give me cost of the work that was to be done at the time of the appointment when I asked , alpha roofing was price right for the job, once I signed the papers, he had offered to come back to place a tarp because the rain was coming before the repair , to my surprise His crew was able to come and I fix the problem one day after I signed estimate, amazing ! I already have referred his name out to my sister-in-law for work on her roof , I don’t give out much reviews but I was so happy and thankful to Mario and Alpha Roofing, I wanted to make sure that he Gets recognized with a positive review, if you’re going to be looking for a roofer please reach out and give Alpha Roofing the opportunity, I highly, highly, highly recommend, oh by the way with the fix, no water has leaked and it’s been raining. I used Alpha Roofing Company back around 2020/2021 give or take. Went to clean off branches from the roof and remembered I never left a review and now is probably the best time frame to leave it. After several rains now and tons of high winds that we have in the Inland Empire I have had no issues and my home is north facing the the winds go right at the shingles. Our old roof was leaking which is why we made the call the staff was very kind and Mario the owner took the time out of his day to come and assess and give us an estimate since his estimators had a full day. The demo was fast and smooth and the intall just the same. The price I felt was fair at the time for a 30 year. but now I feel I got a great deal since it still looks brand new after almost 5 years now. Any one I know looking for a new roof I always refer them.
Most professional, neat and responsible Roofing Company I have ever worked with. Mario is true to his word on all aspects of the quote and delivery of a complete 3 layer roof tear off roof. No hidden charges. Straight up Honesty and Quality. He did all this work for my Mother-In-Law in Rialto, CA while I was in NY, sending me pictures and updates daily. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
