We’ve worked with David twice now for very last minute issues and had amazing experiences both times. First a burst water heater and he was out within a couple hours to get us fixed up same day and then the following week for a smaller repair. Each time he was very kind, respectful and professional and did an amazing job with both repairs. Will definitely be our go-tos for future plumbing needs!
Amazing plumbing is exactly what they did. Had issues with our plumbing and Amazing Plumbing came late in evening without hesitant. Did an excellent job of unclogging the debri in our pipe. We received courtesy, respect and an explanation of what was being done. Then a camera was done to show us what was going on with our plumbing. Very good pricing and excellent job done. My property management company attempted to contract with this company. Dave from Amazing Plumbing was supposed to call me at a specific time to set up an appointment, he didn’t call until 3.5 hours later. When he called, he got angry with me after I corrected him when he misheard or misunderstood what I said about my availability the next day. Dave wouldn’t drop the subject until I insisted and I tried to move forward and was hostile and unprofessional throughout the call. I would feel very unsafe with him coming to my house and am mildly afraid that my property management company provided him with my address.
