Always the BEST experience, no questions asked. Dwayne has been meaning our carpets since 2016, and recently also did our tile. Everything came out far better then I could have imagined, with the way our kids had our carpet looking!

We had Dwain come in to clean our rental carpet upon move out. The price was the best i could find and not even worried about it coming out perfect, but he definitely exceeded our expectations even with the most basic cleaning/sanitizing. If you are looking for carpet cleaning/pet stains, I highly recommend you contact this company! Dwain, The owner of Ames carpet & tile cleaning, did a great job on a new property I purchased that had several cat urine stains in every bedroom. He arrived early, was friendly and professional. He even provided me with extra product the next for some stains that still had odor after the carpet dried. He did not charge me for the product. He went above and beyond for me as a customer. I will be using him again in the near future for tile cleaning. You will not be disappointed in hiring Dwain.
