We had a new electric hot water heater with current code requirements for overflow tank and exterior drain et cetera added to our studio apartment. Christian came out from Anderson and gave us a bid on Friday, which we agreed. Saturday morning, the next day he was here early to do the installation. He took his time installing professionally, the hot and cold water new plumbing. In addition to the electrical disconnect switch required. There was one minor issue which the inspector requested on Monday. That the HW HTR PAN OVERFLOW. Drain be connected to the exterior. CHRISTIAN MADE AN INITIAL ATTEMPT unsuccessfully.
He iinstalled an overflow alarm meter. However, the inspector still requested the drained to the exterior.
A follow-up call to Anderson. Warranty scheduled Brian. The next day he was here and took his time to find creative ways to allow the pan overflow line to gravity feed to the exterior.
It wasn’t an easy task but he accomplished it with a positive attitude. Search a good construction experience!!! I would recommend Anderson and their technicians every time!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TEAM. What a pleasant experience I had with these team I encountered. They really WOW me with their professionalism, clean appearance, pleasant approach, work manners and very confident with their work. The estimate time to fix the heater was four days plus the air conditioner, however, the work was accomplished in three and a half days and secured me a warm home. These two guys worked diligently, and well orchestrated division of labor. After each day they make sure the work area was cleaned and took the rubbish with them. Everyday I was notified of the time of their arrival and sure ready to work with such pleasant demeanor. I am so pleased I chose the smiling lady in the pink truck, and I am one HAPPY customer.

Sean and Brandon were absolutely AMAZING. From the moment they arrived on the first day they were super kind, respectful, focused, and clean. I work from home and was able to work the entire time. I am so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency and would WHOLE-HEARTEDLY recommend them to anyone and everyone with HVAC needs.
The quote process was equally great. Matthew conducted a walk-through while he asked questions about the temperature trends and needs in each room of the house. He was super nice and intuitively provided context and information for ALL of my questions about how the system would function, energy and cost efficiency, and we came up with the best option for my family. He was considerate of my budget and provided an ideal timeline for my HVAC project, and the work started less than two weeks later with Brandon and Sean.
A++, 5-Stars…These guys were SO GREAT.
It was a great experience. They aren’t inexpensive, but everything is done as well as possible. Cameron was the most pleasant, courteous, and respectful plumber I have ever seen in 50 years of using plumbers. They keep you updated fully on when someone will arrive and then consistently check to see that they are doing what you want to your satisfaction.
If you offered 10 stars, Jorge would get every single one. Jorge was personable and knowledgeable with excellent customer service.!! He made some great recommendations for maintenance to avoid future issues and referred me to a very affordable maintenance plan to ease my mind! I appreciate him for sharing his knowledge and repairing the kitchen clog! Jorge, You saved the day! If only we had met two weeks ago with my mother’s plumbing issues – you could have saved me a lot of headaches and money! Thanks again to Jorge and Anderson Plumbing!
