Oh my gosh. They are the Best! I woke up at 1am last night to a poo waterfall – literally, poo water just gushing from the toilet out onto the floors. I call no less than 5 “emergency plumbers”. Some don’t answer all don’t have anyone available.
The 6th call… Apex.
I have asked for names as I’ve never been so grateful. A young woman (Tori) answers my call at 2am, tells me she’s sending Tanner out as soon as possible.
Tanner arrives and we’re plunging, he’s snaking lines, shop vacuuming poo water into the early morning hours. We get everything to a stopping point, he has to come back tomorrow (today).
Enter Samantha, took my calls, assured Tanner would be by as soon as he was done with his job over in Tampa. Mind you, I cannot use the bathroom or facilities, I’m worried, but I held faith. Tanner texts!!
Dude was a life-saver! New wax ring on the toilet base, even helped clean up the mess. It is very difficult to find good people doing great work in Florida but when you find them, keep them.
I don’t know anything about this company other than the fact that they were the 6th call I made at 1, 2am last night. But go on, do it. Try them. Hopefully next time it won’t be an emergency!
I had to have my hot and cold valves replaced. I called another plumber who came on Saturday. He was a disaster! Called APEX to set up an appointment for Monday. Wes called to say he would be out. He assessed the job and gave me a quote. It was way out of my budget. Wes called his boss and they were able to drop the price by 225.00! That made it much more affordable. Wes was knowledgeable and extremely polite . He completed the job in a timely manner. He made sure the area was completely cleaned up before he left. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again!
Joe and his team are amazing. From Bobby the service manager to Mike and Jasenia the install team my experience was great 10 out of 10 would recommend them for any plumbing or hvac issues
