DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
Went to the office today and had the police called when I requested information regarding a claim for damages to my home from the fault installation of water pipes. There are 2 homes, and severely damaged, and this is ongoing
I did not hire these people. The City of Denver sent this company out regarding lead water line replacement. They did work that was substandard, causing water damage to 2 homes refusing to provide a certificate of insurance for me to file a claim for the catastrophic damage to my driveway, furnace water heater, and foundation I’m sure they have had many claims, and this is why they refuse to provide insurance. I’ve contacted Denver water, DORA, and the plumbing licensing board.
Contact Apex a few months ago to get the belly of our sewer line repaired in our new home. Communication was phenomenal especially when they ran into issues with unmarked pipes containing asbestos and needing additional equipment to get the job done safely. They were honest about needing additional equipment and how much additional it was going to cost compared to the initial quote (which I do not blame them for, not their fault that the city didn’t have those old pipes marked) They worked with us to keep the pricing as low as possible and we appreciate that greatly! The work was done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Apex!
We have an old house with two sewer lines that were 100 years old. The main line was problematic and the other line was getting there. I proposed a plan to crossover from one side of the house to the other with all new lines and that is what Apex did. The interior work consisted of some concrete demolition and updated plumbing and the exterior was trenching around lots of obstacles.
The work took five days from beginning to end, including a partial shutdown of Quebec, and the work is excellent. The impact to our yard was minimal and the guy that ran the backhoe was awesome while working around our young trees.
Apex Plumbing came through when I needed them the most. Three days before my daughters wedding at my house I had a major sewer line break and could not use any bathrooms. I was not going to be able to host the wedding without it being fixed. Apex Plumbing did the emergency fix in two days! Amazing!
UPDATE: Apex Plumbing was contracted by the City of Denver for the Lead Reduction Program. The contractors came to my house on 8/18 to replace our main water line. When they left, we immediately noticed issues with our water heater and later that night, it died. We let them know about the issue and they have gone above and beyond to resolve it. Fransisco called me personally and assured me that it would be taken care of. As of 8/23, they have replaced our water heater with a brand new one. Accidents happen on massive city projects like these. I highly respect Apex Plumbing for doing the right thing to make it better. As far as the quality of the installation goes – they’re pros. I recommend them.
