They did a beautiful job on oak flooring in our kitchen that I thought was beyond repair. I wish I’d taken before pictures. I almost looks like a new floor. They were also punctual, helpful, efficient and pleasant to work with, and they addressed any concerns I had.

The person I spoke with on the phone to arrange the work was courteous and friendly. She explained the process very thoroughly. The technician arrived within the time expected and very thorough. He protected the floors and other furniture, cleaned the upholstered pieces and carpets very carefully, and cleaned up nicely when he was done. I recommend Appleby most highly.
Everyone was friendly and the quality of the work was terrific. It was easy to make an appointment; I got excellent directions for preparing for the carpet cleaners’ arrival, I received an email and phone call in advance of the appointment plus a text from the two cleaners, Henry and Gio, when they were on their way to my home. When they arrived they explained their materials and how they would work, and any time they found a problem, they explained what they needed to do. The waxed papers underneath each leg of furniture to protect the wood slid out easily today after the carpet dried. A day later carpets are still a little damp but on their way. I highly recommend Appleby Cleaning and Restoration.
