worst customer service. The last time a very u professional agent arrived 2 hours late and had no bait traps. He said he was confused about the type of service request he showed up for. Every time a new agent comes and must be reacquainted with the house-this is very inconvenient. I cancelled my service and they charged me an additional $200
The folks that come out to perform their work are amazing and shouldn’t be faulted for the policies their company runs by. Their customer service is the cause of the bad review.
They give you the run around when you try to reschedule appointments and just now told me that I can’t cancel our service because I wasn’t calling from the phone number on file despite me confirming the number, my address, and my name on the account.
If at all possible, stay away from this company and go with an alternative.
SD and National home owners – Do not use Aptive-
Unfortunately after a few years of disappointing service, having to buy Home Depot home barrier bug spray to use on top of their spray, I canceled my service. When I requested a refund on my last house service because there were ants about 2 weeks after getting spray, spiders still on my patio edges and wasps. I actually was stung by a wasp when painting less 2 weeks after a service – had to get another service – then 20$ off the next few services. No refunds. I finally had enough when I saw a roach crawling on the wall and I have never had roach issues.
Deeply unsatisfied, I had to call and fight for what ended up being discounted reapplication of useless product on my home. Will not have them back- I already bought my own spray from Home Depot.
Steer clear of this company, their door to door salesman sell you on exaggerated claims and I can tell you over the course of 3 years, it is not worth the 118$ service charge to spray your home, and a year you end up paying about 600-700. Just go to Home Depot and buy the 25$ home barrier spray 3 times a year.
Josh, the customer service liaison was unforgiving and would not escalate my issues to recoup some of the cost I incurred even though I have been a customer for 3 years. (all I wanted was one service refund)
Tenure doesn’t matter, its product quality is poor, and they can’t do anything to fix the problem.

Josh was an excellent communicator and letting us know what time he was going to arrive. He listened to our request and sent us pics of his work without even asking. It was a pleasure to work with him!

please do not use their services. Please do not. This people are scamming people! The agent will sell you services for lower first and second would me standard price but they say you can cancel after second service without any fee.
It’s my fault that I didn’t read the contract but who would sell something like this with verbal assurance.
When I tried to cancel after two visits, they told we can’t cancel it’s yearly contract and if we do then there will be 200 dollars cancellation fee. I saw this kind of complains in lot of reviews just now. they are doing this with lot of people. Please don’t sign up with this fraud company
