I have used these guys numerous times for clogs in the pipes and they truly are the best. It seems that every year to year and a half, I get mineral build up in the pipes and we need a service visit. Each and every time- I always get fast, friendly service, by a knowledgeable team. The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend these folks.

Was responsive, on time and courteous. Unclogged our kitchen sink and then checked to make sure the pipe was clear for as far as the snake could reach. Then pulled out a pipe camera to show me the perimeter house drainage which was really informative. Would highly recommend.
We don’t usually write reviews but this experience is worth writing about. We had an emergency issue at our house where the main pipe going out to the septic was blocked. Arc-O-Rooter came out of their way to come to our house within 45 minutes. Not only did they fix the issue but Alan also went through every step of the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. We couldn’t be happier and more grateful for the service and would like to recommend them to everyone. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP Thanks Arc-O-Rooter.
Called them for a clogged sink on a Monday morning and they were able to get somebody out to me within a few hours.
Guzman was very professional and friendly! He gave me a call to let me know he was on his way, explained what he did to unclog the sink, and let me know where the clog was. He also made me aware that that I had a leak underneath coming from my faucet, and who I could call to get it fixed. One month guarantee and still no issues.
Would definitely recommend and will use again! 🙂
