I usually don’t leave reviews, but Tristan was totally awesome and deserves a great review! He took his time answering my numerous questions and was very knowledgeable. I am much more educated and informed after today. He even told me he would not rip me off, and that I should also do my own research. He just told me his honest opinion and what his suggestions were. He felt bad about giving bad news, but sometimes you can’t tell what’s wrong until you check things out. I’ve never had anyone come out for free just to give an estimate. As soon as we are able to have the other things fixed, I will definitely ask for Tristan. I’ve been at my house for almost 13 years, and this was the best experience so far. Thank you Tristan for your wonderful service! Maybe I’ll see you at our church sometime.
Great service and right on time as usual! This is our 3rd time using Around the Clock Plumbing and as usual our technician JAMES was excellent! From discovering a leaking washing machine connection in our wall to repairing our bathtub faucet he’s always taken great care of our needs. Thanks again James for your great customer service.
