They are absolutely amazing! I had been dealing with a flea problem for almost a month. I called Arrow and they were able to come out that same day. Their quote was WAY cheaper than anybody else, and I called 5 different places. I was terrified to go back to my home, but when I returned later that night their are absolutely no fleas!!!! This is amazing. Please try them. They are cheaper, faster and so reliable. I am so blown away. Scott was my technician and he even sprayed my car port and took care of some of the wasp nests I had around my home… this company is truly truly amazing! Thank you so much!!

We had our annual home inspection with Robert Torres as the home evaluator. He did a full inspection of our home – inside, outside, underneath, etc. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and gave some great suggestions to help curb pest around us. We have had our termite plan for several years and this is the first time I understand what we are actually paying for. Thanks Robert for the great service.
Had them inspect my house last year prior to purchase. They reported no termite damage and quoted me $400 to start service, $225 a year to continue.
Decided to do it this year and they said they needed to reinspect. New guy now claims there is “pre-existing” damage behind a wall he can’t see behind. He stated there was no evidence of termites, but that because he knocked on the wall with his hands he could tell that there was damage. Yeah, ok buddy. Where’s your moisture gauge?
Price has gone up by over $300 and now there were gonna be stipulations on what they would cover.
The guys they sent this time didn’t inspire confidence in their hiring practices either.
Don’t get scammed.
I consulted with Arrow Tallahassee regarding a German roach infestation I had at my apartment. I added on the quarterly pest control service which was very high quality and helpful. Arrow does free call backs even if you see 1 bug. Sebastian R assisted me with my infestation as well as my quarterly services. Sebastian R was very knowledgeable, personable, and just a great dude. As a college student, I recommend Arrow over other pest control services in Tallahassee because they offer a high quality job for an affordable price.
