Just before our guests were set to arrive, we noticed our toilets were flushing slowly. Not ideal! We quickly reached out to Austin & Sons Plumbing since we had a great experience with them previously. A technician came out right away, cleared tree roots from 100 feet of our sewer line, and provided excellent tips for avoiding future root issues, which will save us money down the road. He was very friendly and professional. Later, I needed to contact customer service about a billing question. They were also very professional and resolved the issue immediately by refunding the discrepancy. We are extremely satisfied with the quick and professional service we received and would highly recommend them.
This week, Tristan and his team installed a gas line in my kitchen, which was a very important task for me. He was able to schedule the work within just 3 days. The job was completed efficiently and left everything clean; it took about 3 hours, and now I just need my range to be delivered. Austin & Sons Plumbing has done a variety of work in my home over the years, including installing new tubs and granite shower walls in two bathrooms, setting up a new water heater, replacing an original 90′ window with French doors, demoing a long faux planter box and restuccoing the exterior wall, hanging a new garage side door, and installing exterior lighting. I am pleased with all these projects and trust Tristan’s expertise and craftsmanship as a plumber. He is honest and provides great advice on the best recommendations, allowing me to make the right decisions for all my plumbing needs.

The service I received was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Micah was not only friendly but also very tidy—he didn’t leave any footprints or create a mess. He communicated clearly and addressed all my questions without trying to upsell me on anything. I truly appreciated how well he took care of my situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone facing plumbing problems. When he finished, my home was even cleaner than before! Micah also provided helpful tips on how often to flush the heater to prevent buildup. I’m really grateful for the excellent workmanship!
I discovered a leak in a hot water pipe underneath my home in Colorado Springs. I came across Austin & Sons Plumbing online and requested their assistance. Micah, one of their professionals, arrived to evaluate the problem. He suggested bringing in a leak detection specialist to accurately locate the leak since it wasn’t clearly evident. After the leak was identified, Jeffery from the team returned to perform the repair. He was impressively professional and amicable. They were punctual for both scheduled visits and also gave me a heads up when they were en route. The quoted price was surprisingly reasonable given the complexity of the task. I’m certain other companies would have charged significantly more. They even advised me to install a water pressure regulator as my water pressure was far above the recommended PSI. In conclusion, my experience with Austin & Sons Plumbing was extremely satisfying and I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again.
After trawling through various Facebook groups for suggestions, one plumbing service stood out due to numerous recommendations. We had a leak in our hot water heater which was causing our power bill to skyrocket, reaching $800 last month. Who would have thought? The friendly receptionist made the booking process a breeze, even managing to arrange a slot for us the very next day. The service call was priced at $49, but this fee was waived once we consented to the necessary repairs. In a pleasant turn of events, Tristan and Jeffery arrived a bit earlier than expected. However, I was on my way out for an appointment. They decided to take their lunch early and return when I was back, which was very considerate. The two plumbers got to work immediately upon their return, explaining the issue and trying their best to fix it without replacing parts. Unfortunately, a faulty part was the culprit and needed to be replaced. Although the $225 charge for a $20 part that took about 10-15 minutes to replace seemed steep, I do understand. As fellow small business owners, we are aware of the increasing costs of products, fuel, wages and more. Despite this, I would definitely hire this plumbing service again. Their punctuality, expertise, and helpfulness were commendable.
