I had a great experience working with Baldwin Roofing Company for both of my properties, one needed a full roof replacement, and the other required repairs. From the beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and truly supportive throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was their dedication to helping with the insurance claim. They followed up consistently with the insurance company, made multiple visits to the properties to collect evidence and take additional photos, and worked hard to get the claim approved. They also offered flexible payment options, which was a big help.
I was referred to Baldwin Roofing through a mutual friend who’s part of their team, and I’m glad I trusted them over other roofing companies I considered. A huge thank you to Justin (the bald guy!) who was incredible throughout, he walked me through each step, especially during times when I was nervous about the situation. Despite being out of state and managing everything over phone calls, both properties were handled with care, and my tenants never reported a single issue during the work.
Michelle was also a huge help she always answered my calls and was quick to respond to any questions or follow-ups I had. Her communication made everything feel smooth and well managed.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work Baldwin Roofing did and would absolutely reach out to them again if needed—though hopefully not, as hurricanes are a regular worry here in Florida. Fingers crossed!

Working with Sam on our roofing project was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the very first meeting, Sam was professional, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way, ensured the crew stayed on schedule, and handled any issues that came up with ease and confidence. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the project was completed on time as the crew even came back on Saturday morning to finish.
