Banner has great service. I have to give Ian a shoutout for the excellent service he did for property. My property has several units and Ian did a excellent job for each. He went through each unit carefully and explain to me what was needed to be done. I like the professionalism that he explain the details and what I actually need to spend instead of just paying for something I do not need. So far no issues with roaches and mice since he showed up. I recommend Banner and Ian.
We have been using Banner Pest Services since we moved to our new home in San Jose in May of last year. Everyone we have come in contact with from the office staff to Ian, our technician, have been professional and helpful. Ian is a gem of a person and is always a pleasure to deal with. He is very attentive and always makes it a point to explain everything he does should we have a question. He truly cares about his customers.
