Ben’s roofing installed a high quality roof at our home on a very timely schedule. Their team was very precise in meeting the timeline they described to us at the beginning of the project. They kept the work space clean throughout the project and they cleaned up after each work day. Additionally, communication was clear throughout and we highly recommend their team for any roofing project. The owner was extremely responsive during the process of choosing a roof that would fit our needs. Very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with.
This is fraud business. They work with HOAs and defraud owners. They investigated a skylight for me, found crack and put up a tarp. They charged me $370 for this. The same service when I enquired with another vendor was $75. They rip off the owners in concert with HOA management company. They are fraud. The cost of this inspection was 25% of the cost of the entire installation done by another company and the cost of inspection and fix from them was $75 if I had gone with them. HOA used this company and this company is a rip off fraud.
Many honest and better options out there, but not this one.
It’s been a dream working with Ben’s Roofing for professional services (outside of roof repairs), and it’s been an outstanding company all around. As a Notary Public, I work with many homeowners and I would have no issue recommending their service to my clients.
